• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies, and procedural training
• Cleans and sets up tables for new guests promptly
• Assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware
• Removes trash and debris from bar and dining areas
• Maintains restroom cleanliness, as well as outside parking, patio, and waiting areas
• Ensures high chairs/booster seats are sanitary
• Performs shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework
• Can reach, bend, and stoop frequently
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, and freezers
• Work environment includes damp, high-temperature indoor and minimal outdoor areas
• Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs, in compliance with Whale's Rib and Florida statutes
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Work schedule includes a five-day work week
• Paid vacation: one week after one year, two weeks after two years, three weeks after ten years
