Assembler (Production)

Job Responsibilities Key Results Areas

Adherence to company policy and operational instructions.

Adheres to best production practices and product quality standards.

Adheres to all quality policies, procedures and objectives

Adheres to all company policies and procedures

Error proof assembly and production fulfillment.

Daily department housekeeping.

Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.

Duties/Responsibilities Hardware, HPU, UH, Classic

Receive and review production orders daily.
Collect all the parts needed to produce the orders, by code, following the procedure described in the Production Order sheet.
Make sure every item is complete with no missing parts.
Prepare the Box for pick up, labeling the box for the Shipping team to identify the final product.
Fill the daily completion sheet with the amount of item completed on that day.
Scan Production orders into Finished Goods
Help train others when needed
Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

The selected individual must possess a High School Diploma and reliable transportation. Previous experience in an assembly position is a plus. Reading, writing, and basic math skills are required. Candidate must speak, read, and write in English.

Must be able to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers in the manipulation of parts.

Must demonstrate good hand /eye coordination.

Must be able to differentiate between many products and parts which may appear similar.

Must be able to concentrate in a busy work environment and be detail oriented to maintain a high level of quality.

Must keep accurate accounts of time and production.

Must adhere to the production schedule and/or produce parts within the set deadline.

Must maintain a safe working environment.

Must perform all quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.

Other responsibilities as needed.

Physical Requirements

Environment is normal for a manufacturing facility.
Must be able to walk and stand throughout an eight-hour day.
Must be able to consistently lift 30 to 50 lbs.
