Summary
RADISE International, LC (RADISE) seeks a skilled Sr. CMT Field Technician specializing in Soil and Construction Material Testing. RADISE values employees, offers competitive benefits, overtime opportunities, and supports professional growth and work‑life balance.
Responsibilities- Obtain samples, complete testing, record results, enter them into the computer, submit reports, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect samples/specimens of concrete, soils, aggregates, asphalt from work sites.
- Perform laboratory tests on collected samples following approved procedures.
- Communicate test results, enter data into computer, maintain lab equipment (cleaning, repairs, calibration, setup).
- Follow ASTM, FDOT, and AASHTO testing standards.
- Participate in lab accreditation & audits.
- Adhere to strict safety standards.
- Construction site
- Outdoor work
- 10‑hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- High school diploma / GED or 2 years of material testing (field or lab).
- Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift samples up to 75+ pounds.
- Pass drug and background screening tests.
- Fluent in English.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- ACI Concrete Field Technician Level 1 & 2
- CTQP Earthwork Level 1 & 2
- Asphalt Field Technician Level 1 & 2 (preferred)
