Building Maintenance​/Weekends​/Boca Raton

Pay Range: $21.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Schedule:

Wednesday to Sunday 8am–4:30pm (Mon & Tues OFF)

• Ensure all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained, and all common areas are kept clean, aesthetically appealing, and disinfected.
• Walk floors routinely, including roof checking for problems and lights out, and report to supervisors.
• Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing work.
• Maintain working relationships with building staff.
• Paint all common areas and perform touch‑ups as required; inspect areas in need of paint and advise manager.
• Complete daily work orders as scheduled.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition.
• Perform casual labor such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed, following safety procedures.
• Carry out minor maintenance replacements and repairs in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, flooring, and other building repairs via daily work orders.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform maintenance replacements and repairs where a permit is not required.
• Utilize new equipment safely and follow procedures before using it.

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• 2 years of general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance, or handy work.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
