Overview
Law Firm seeks an experienced pre-litigation personal injury legal assistant.
Responsibilities- Opening files
- Drafting demands
- Negotiating medical bills and liens
- Speaking with insurance adjusters and clients
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and handle a heavy caseload
- Time Matters experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Typing skills, self-starter, professional, highly motivated and fast learner
- Pre-litigation experience preferred
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Looking for someone who is willing to grow in the position, has a positive attitude, can work independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for a long lasting career in a Law Firm/Personal Injury profession.
