Overview
Hiring:
Litigation Attorney (In-House Insurance Defense)
I’ve partnered with a growing insurance organization seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its in-house legal team.
What you’ll do- Handle first- and third-party homeowner insurance litigation from start to finish
- Manage discovery, depositions, mediations, motions, and trials
- Draft pleadings, coverage analyses, and responses to CRNs and DFS inquiries
- Work closely with claims leadership on strategy and exposure
- Oversee outside counsel and litigation budgets
- 5+ years of insurance defense or property litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Florida property insurance law
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Onsite role – 5 days/week (not remote)
