Overview
Law Firm seeks an experienced pre-litigation personal injury legal assistant.
Responsibilities- Opening files
- Drafting demands
- Negotiating medical bills and liens
- Speaking with insurance adjusters and clients
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and handle a heavy case load
- Time Matters experience is a plus, but not required
- Pre-litigation experience preferred
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong typing skills, be a self-starter, professional, highly motivated and a fast learner
- Able to work independently and as part of a team; looking for long-term growth in the position
