Workday Administrator

Description

The primary focus of this position is to provide technical support of the Workday Human Capital Management System. In this role, the System Administrator will act as a subject matter expert in the administration of Workday. This individual should have a deep understanding of Workday core business processes.

• 3-5+ years of Workday configuration experience specifically in Payroll, Benefits, and/or Compensation.
• Experience with EIBs for mass data loads; familiarity with Workday reporting (Advanced preferred).
• Strong functional understanding of Payroll and Benefits operations and how they translate into Workday config.
• Experience supporting Workday release cycles, regression testing, and configuration updates.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration issues and propose practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards stakeholders.
• Experience with Time Tracking configuration is a plus, not required.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.
• Workday training or certification preferred.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week (local candidates only).

This is a Contract position based out of Deerfield Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a hybrid position in Deerfield Beach, FL.
