SAP SD​/LE Sr. Systems Analyst

Position Summary:
Bull City Talent Group's direct client has an immediate need for an SAP SD/LE Senior Systems Senior Analyst to ensure the effective operation, support, and enhancement of SAP S/4

HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) processes supporting Titan America’s business operations. The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of SAP S/4

HANA experience with deep functional expertise in SD/Logistics configuration, business process analysis, system implementation, and cross-functional integration. This role requires strong hands‑on configuration skills, project leadership experience, and the ability to manage complex change requests and enterprise‑wide initiatives.

• Ensure effective operation and continuous improvement of all SAP S/4
  
  HANA SD/Logistics processes supporting Titan America business operations.
• Monitor, maintain, and support SD/Logistics functionality within SAP S/4
  
  HANA, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Lead registration, prioritization, resolution, and delivery of solutions for change requests and project initiatives.
• Capture, analyze, and validate business requirements related directly and indirectly to the SD/Logistics functional area.
• Perform hands‑on system configuration and implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA SD/LE solutions in collaboration with Group IT and external Managed Services partners.
• Actively participate in requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design workshops, and testing cycles.
• Ensure proper configuration and integration of SAP SD/LE modules with related SAP modules and external system interfaces.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal governance standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide functional leadership within the SAP SD domain.

• 6+ years of hands‑on SAP SD/LE experience
• Proven experience configuring SAP SD/LE modules including:
  • Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
  • Pricing and billing
  • Shipping and transportation
  • Delivery processing
  • Credit management
  • Output determination
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, enhancements, and production environments.
• Strong knowledge of cross‑functional integration with MM, FI/CO, CRM, and external systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing change requests and participating in full project life cycles.
• Experience supporting SOX-compliant environments and regulated change management processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a senior‑level capacity while collaborating across IT and business teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with Managed Services providers and global IT teams preferred.
