SAP MM​/Purchasing Systems Analyst

Position Summary: Bull City Talent Group's direct client has an immediate need for a SAP MM/Purchasing Business Systems Analyst (Junior Level) to support and enhance SAP S/4

HANA Materials Management and Purchasing functionality. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of SAP S/4

HANA experience, with hands‑on experience supporting MM/Purchasing modules, configuring SAP solutions, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver system improvements.

• Monitor and maintain MM/Purchasing functionality within SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Ensure effective and efficient operation of all SAP S/4
  
  HANA MM/Purchasing business processes
• Register, prioritize, and resolve incidents, enhancements, and change requests
• Support delivery of solutions aligned with change management and project initiatives
• Capture, analyze, and validate business requirements related directly and indirectly to the MM/Purchasing area
• Perform system configuration and assist in implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA MM solutions
• Actively participate in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design sessions
• Ensure proper functioning of SAP configuration items and integration points with external systems
• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing activities
• Support large‑scale change initiatives including:
  • New Plant Change Requests
  • Company Code Change Requests

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience supporting SAP S/4
  
  HANA MM/Purchasing modules
• Experience configuring SAP MM including purchasing, master data, and plant/company code structures
• Understanding of end‑to‑end procurement processes
• Experience handling change requests, enhancements, and system support activities
• Ability to gather and document business requirements
• Experience supporting testing cycles (unit and integration testing)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Experience supporting plant expansions or company code implementations
• Exposure to SAP integrations with external systems
• Prior experience in a junior or entry-level SAP functional analyst role
