Location:
Deerfield Beach, FL – Hybrid (3 Days a week onsite )

This position sits within Tech Ops — it is an IT Change Management role, not Organizational Change Management or HR.

Writing Sample: Ask candidates to draft a business end-user communication announcing the launch of a new technology and the retirement of the legacy system it replaces (real or fictional scenario).
Portfolio: Request artifacts demonstrating a range of deliverables, such as:
- Change strategy
- Communications plan
- Executive-ready presentations/materials
These requirements will help the client evaluate both hands-on execution (writing and communication skills) and overall strategic capability.
