Location: Hybrid, onsite in Deerfield, FL 3x a week

Duration: 12 Months Contract

  Team members are encouraged to independently research new tools or features (e.g., Microsoft white papers), validate their findings, and then share insights and best practices with the group. This ensures the team stays current and aligned.

  There is an emphasis on two-way feedback consultants should both seek and provide constructive feedback, and communicate challenges early to avoid surprises.

• Bridging Technical and Business Needs:
  The role sits at the intersection of technical development and business engagement. The developer will interact directly with reporting analysts, managers, and occasionally directors not just with project managers or business analysts. The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa is critical.

  Success in this role requires guiding business users through the analytics process from requirements gathering, through solution design, to delivery and support. The developer should be comfortable coaching, eliciting needs, and helping users understand data structures and reporting options.
