Renaissance Regulatory Services (RRS) is currently seeking applicants for the position of Associate Compliance Consultant in our Deerfield Beach, FL office. The Associate Compliance Consultant supports RRS Compliance Administrator and Regulatory Compliance Consulting practices in various capacities, including performing compliance program inspections and testing, conducting regulatory research, trade and communications surveillance, and drafting written policies and procedures. This position involves traveling for short periods to client locations and attending industry conferences for business development and training purposes.

Candidates should have completed or be near completion of an undergraduate degree with a major in business. Candidates must have exceptional organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; and be capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature with minimum supervision. Applicants must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Access. The position is based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Preference will be given to former military, those with industry experience, recent graduates who majored in risk management, finance, accounting, or law.

Regulatory knowledge or experience that includes the SEC, FINRA, or a state regulatory agency is a plus, but not required.
