Provide leadership in partnership with the regional executive team in coordinating medical affairs such as case management, credentials, HIM, quality and customer Service within the region. Promote understanding and cooperation between the physicians and region through communication, collaboration and education. Serve as a member of the executive administrative staff and provide leadership and oversight for strategic planning, business development and recruitment and retention of physicians.

Support adherence to BH’s compliance and ethics program, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.

Education:

• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Experience:

• 10 years or more of related experience

Credentials:

• Licensure in the state of Florida, Board Certification
• Certification in Quality or Process Improvement
