Overview

Customer Service Phone Representative - Must be fluent in Spanish/English

We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative position at Dealer Services Network located in Deerfield Beach, FL. Our Customer Service Department offers a great working environment, and great pay. The hours are 8:15am – 5:00pm with a 45-minute lunch.

Position type:
Full time – Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound tag agency calls.
  • Email and respond to all customer inquiries.
  • Appointment setting.
  • Title Pro Issue Deals intake.
  • Full deal assessment.
  • Ticketing all accessed issue deals/notifying dealers.
  • Dealership email and phone call follow-up.
  • Scan in all Title Pro’s completed weekly non-folder dealerships.
  • Work on DSN Deerfield shipping and warehouse processes.
  • Resubmitting and rerouting all completions and corrections, miscellaneous deals, etc.
  • Daily/weekly Tag Agency Reports.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately answering customer questions and entering data into our systems, ensuring that all appointments are set efficiently.

  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent clerical skills, including the ability to set appointments accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with customers and with all tag agencies.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses

Ability to pass background check.

Pay

Hourly pay will be based on experience and knowledge.

How to Apply
