  • Support scheduling of trades, sequencing of work, and coordination of subcontractors
  • Track progress against project milestones and assist with short‑term planning
  • Participate in site inspections, safety walks, and quality control checks
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, field logs, and project documentation
  • Help manage site logistics, including equipment, deliveries, and material storage
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the field team, subcontractors, and project management staff
What You’ll Bring :
  • 1–3 years of experience working on structural concrete, ground‑up multifamily projects
  • Strong knowledge of field construction practices, safety standards, and trade coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; valid driver’s license required
  • English fluency required;
Spanish language skills are a plus
What’s Offered:
  • Performance‑based bonus structure of up to 20% of base salary
  • Direct mentorship from experienced Superintendents and leadership
  • Opportunity to grow into a Superintendent role with a national developer
  • Exposure to high‑profile projects and hands‑on learning
  • A supportive, collaborative work culture with long‑term career advancement potential
