Overview
Automotive Alignment Technicians are part of the Mavis Tire Family (NTB and Tire Kingdom) and are being sought as full-time team members in the Boca Raton, FL area. Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, with over 2,000 retail locations.
About the PositionAutomotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our Alignment Technicians reduce tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true. They also complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform other required automotive service or vehicle repairs as needed.

QualificationsWe recruit team members who share our commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality service. To be eligible for the Automotive Alignment Technician role you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience showing ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
It is preferred that Automotive Alignment Technicians possess a state inspection license.
As an active position, Alignment Technicians are required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. Alignment Technicians must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
