We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO. In this high-impact role, you'll play a critical part in keeping our fast-paced leadership team focused on driving the business forward— conducting research, organizing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.
It is important that an Executive Assistant is willing and able to help with daily responsibilities that can change over time.
This position offers variety and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic organization in a hands-on environment. No two days are the same, and your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems discreetly, and maintain the highest level of professionalism will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Organization and clerical support
- Record, type and distribute meeting minutes
- Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings
- Greet visitors meeting with executive and ensure information is prepared for meeting
- Ensure daily tasks are updated
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Manage calendars
- Assist with daily tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proficient at Microsoft office
- Self-motivated
- Knowledge of construction terms is preferred but not required
- Willing to learn company software
- Extremely organized
- Adaptable
