We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful full time Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership within a rapidly growing organization. This is not a traditional EA role—our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with an operational mindset, strong technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll work closely with multiple executives across different departments, including occasional support for ownership, and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations. If you’re highly organized, tech‑savvy, and eager to contribute beyond calendar management and travel coordination, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to multiple executives and department leaders.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Excel‑based reports, timesheets, and data dashboards (advanced Excel skills required).
- Support HR and recruiting efforts, including resume screening, interview coordination, and job posting management.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal teams to streamline communication and workflows.
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
- Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all matters.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a fast‑paced, operationally driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Proactive & Driven: You take initiative and anticipate needs.
- Operational Mindset: Comfortable wearing many hats and diving into diverse tasks.
- Tech‑Savvy: Confident with Excel and digital tools.
- Flexible & Adaptable: Willing to adjust to evolving priorities and schedules.
- Collaborative: Builds strong relationships across teams.
- In‑Person 8 am–5 pm with an hour lunch
- M–F
- Starting pay is $65,000–$75,000
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a fast‑paced, operationally driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
