Description
This person will be a financial gatekeeper, reviewing, validating, and approving payment requests submitted by dealerships and repair facilities, all while maintaining the integrity of the payment systems. This is a high‑volume, detail‑oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities- Review and validate authorized automotive claims submitted by dealerships and repair facilities.
- Compare repair orders and supporting documentation against approved claim amounts.
- Ensure payment accuracy by verifying alignment with contract terms and conditions.
- Analyze transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain consistency across payment systems.
- Process payments efficiently through a daily queue – pay claims or request necessary documentation via email based on documentation received.
- Maintain financial integrity by adhering to internal policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings but otherwise complete tasks with a high degree of autonomy.

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a dealership environment—especially in warranty administration, cashiering, or accounting preferred.
- Strong familiarity with dealership repair orders, payment systems, and back‑office operations preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfort with structured workflows and repetitive tasks.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payment or claims processing tools.
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with minimal need for high‑level interpersonal interaction.
- Familiarity with automotive systems.

Job Type & LocationContract to Hire, based out of Deerfield Beach, FL. Hybrid work environment.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $19.00 – $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
