Construction Accountant

Pay Rate
: $120k-$140k

Role Description & Skills- Manage accounting functions for construction projects, including cost tracking and reporting
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to maintain accurate financial data
- Support onboarding and transition processes for new systems
- 4–5 years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- No CPA required; extensive experience not necessary
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a culture that values accountability and ambition
