Insight Global is seeking an ambitious Construction Accountant for a fast‑growing electrical contracting company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a growth‑oriented environment and enjoys collaborating with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Manage accounting functions for construction projects, including cost tracking and reporting
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and industry standards
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to maintain accurate financial data

• 4–5 years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and adaptable to a culture that values accountability and ambition
• Pluses: CPA but not required
