There’s an opening for a Lead CAT Mechanic in Deer Park, TX. This is a hands-on senior shop role working on natural gas engines and compressor equipment, including complex tear-downs, rebuilds, and in-frame overhauls.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of mechanical or heavy equipment experience
, experience with CAT G3600 engines for Natural Gas
, or is a certified Master Tech
, plus strong knowledge of gas engines and compressor systems.
As a lead, you’ll provide floor leadership
, mentor mechanics, and ensure work is done safely and to quality standards.
- $40+/hour (Non-Exempt)
- Hands-on lead mechanic role
- Natural gas engines & compressor equipment
- Shop-based, full-time | 40+ hours with overtime
