Security Officer - Access Control Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial chemical and/or petrochemical location;
Control access at gates and/or entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or check-out, issuing temporary credentials per site policy, and maintaining required logs and documentation;
Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic, coordinate with site personnel for authorized entries, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent access control practices;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting events, and supporting on-site response procedures as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, process areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns per post orders
