Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, tank farms, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter lines, noting hazards, access concerns, and unusual conditions;
Monitor access control points by checking identification, validating access authorization, and directing visitors and contractors according to site requirements;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs, communicating security-related observations to supervisors and client representatives
