• Leading safe operations and team capability
  — Driving infield activities in line with SHES policies,coaching and developing site teams tomaintainhigh competence and safety performance.
• Delivering demand and operational excellence
  — Overseeing end-to-enddemand fulfilment, monitoring
  
  DIFOT and tonnage performance, and conducting site reviews alongside
  
  Customer demand planning and forecasting.
• Optimising assets and resources
  — Maximising utilisation,availability and security of assets, and managing capital planning for sustenance and replacements.
• Building and developing high performing teams
  — Ensuring teams are motivated,skilled and trained, with succession and performance management processesarein place for key roles.
• Driving customer and commercial outcomes
  — Managing Customer relationships through business review and development meetings, identifying business development opportunities, and overseeing bids, contracts, invoicing,compliance and budget controls.

• 5+ years’ operations managementexperiencein a manufacturing/technical environment, leading small to medium work groups;
• Tertiary qualification sin a relevant field(frontline management postgraduate desirable).
• Integrity and trust; courage and sound decision-making; resilience and flexibility;strong team orientation.
• Forecasting, asset planning, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills across multisite portfolios.
