- Leadingsafe operations and team capability
— Drivinginfield activities in line with SHES policies,coaching and developing site teams tomaintainhigh competence and safety performance. - Deliveringdemand and operational excellence
— Overseeingend-to-enddemand fulfilment, monitoring
DIFOT and tonnage performance, and conductingsite reviews alongside
Customer demand planning and forecasting. - Optimisingassets and resources
— Maximisingutilisation,availability and security of assets, and managingcapital planning for sustenance and replacements. - Building and developing high performing teams
— Ensuringteams are motivated,skilled and trained, with succession and performance management processesarein place for key roles. - Drivingcustomer and commercial outcomes
— Managing Customer relationships throughbusiness review and development meetings, identifying business development opportunities, and overseeingbids, contracts, invoicing,compliance and budget controls.
- 5+ years’ operations managementexperiencein a manufacturing/technical environment, leading small to medium work groups;
- Tertiary qualificationsin a relevant field(frontline management postgraduatedesirable).
- Integrity and trust; courage and sounddecision-making; resilience and flexibility;strong team orientation.
- Forecasting, asset planning, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills across multisite portfolios.
