Essential Functions/Tasks
* Provide technical leadership for engineering projects and lead assignments for difficult projects.
* Coordinates with engineering, operations and maintenance to implement engineering and process improvements to gain efficiencies.
* Provide technical services for the development of process instructions.
* Coordinate with internal and external technical groups to identify and implement best practices
* May design/ redesign mechanical devices, develop prototypes and produce technical documents when necessary.
* May conduct analysis of process data to define effect and variation of identified parameters from test results.
* Support continuous improvement program to existing processes.
* May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.
