As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's go-to in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team nails their sales goals, maintains merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence.

• You have a passion for driving sales:
  As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. You contribute to the store’s financial success by analyzing reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions. You assist the Store Team Leader in developing short- and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
• You’re a people leader:
  Motivate and inspire your team through our core values. Be a role-model and hold your team accountable to customer service standards on the salesfloor and in the fitting room.

  Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. Train and develop your team to provide outstanding service to the best of their abilities.

  Build a great team by providing ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. Conduct team touch bases, development plans, and performance reviews, and celebrate outstanding performance.

  Execute and improve daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards throughout the store, and ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
