About The Team

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As a Sales Lead, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will provide support to the both the Managers and Sales Associates which is instrumental to the delivery of our success in-store. This job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the application.

• Foster loyal customers by engaging authentically and building lasting relationships beyond transactions.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback, and empower the team to achieve KPI goals.

• You are a results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• You communicate with care in both written and verbal formats.
• You can connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience.
• You bring business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• You manage time effectively, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail point of sale systems.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• You are flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds when needed.

• Competitive compensation package including base salary and bonus, plus a 401K plan.

: NY — $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
