Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

We are looking for a Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees, work closely with sales representatives, and optimize product visibility on shelves.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and collaborate with sales reps to optimize visibility and create promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing display photos.
• Order product via iPad tablet to maintain in‑stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative‑negotiated plans with store managers are being followed, and communicate any issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Professional, self‑motivated attitude, capable of working independently.
• Personal vehicle for driving to store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally 50 lbs. Moving products from stock to store floor.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25‑35 miles of Deer Park, NY; secondary locations:
  Medford, NY;
  Holbrook, NY.
• Schedule availability: 4 days a week, includes one weekend day.

Hourly rate: $24.85 to $26.85 based on experience.
