Schenck USA has an exciting opportunity for a 3rd year or later student working toward their Bachelors or Masters in Manufacturing Technology, Quality Management, or Environmental, Health, & Safety! We are offering a paid Quality Internship during the summer of 2026. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to quality management best practices and environmental, health and safety risks hazards and risks.
The Quality Intern will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Quality Management Systems.
- Attend initial training on the basics of the organization’s quality management system.
- Assist with an extensive Excel spreadsheet that captures all our H&S and Environmental hazards and risks.
- Assist with tracking information for ISO certifications.
The internship will span 10-12 weeks during summer months, depending on the student’s school and vacation schedule. This is an in‑person internship. You will work 40 hours per week, over a 3‑month period. Business hours are Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm (hours are flexible). You will be entitled to 2 paid sick days.
Qualifications- Must be a US Person.
- Enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Masters degree program of Manufacturing Technology, Quality Management, or Environmental, Health, & Safety at an accredited college or university.
- Grade point average – 3.0 or above and be in good standing (letter of recommendation from professor or dean requested).
- Strong PC and research skills.
- Experience with MS Visio is a plus.
- Good communication skills both verbally and written.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Passion and interest in learning quality management systems!
