As the Controller you will:

+ Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting, and budgeting.

+ Develop and implement effective internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.

+ Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

+ Analyze and present financial results to senior management; provide accurate forecasting and business insights.

+ Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

+ Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.

+ Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally as a Controller or Assistant Controller.

+ Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges in retail, manufacturing, or restaurant sectors.

+ Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
