• Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and task assignments
• Maintain engineering schedules across development and R&D initiatives
• Support Sales with formal engineering reports and documentation
• Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Production, and Engineering
• Develop budgets, staffing plans, presentations, and ERP‑driven reports
• Partner with the General Manager on customer communications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Skilled in interpreting mechanical/electrical drawings, BOMs, and schematics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills
• Able to travel and meet safety‑sensitive position requirements
