Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Alternating Fridays 8:00am - 2:00pm

The wage for this Practice Lead position is $28-$32/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

• Lead, coach, and support the dental administrative team to drive productivity, engagement, and patient retention.
• Coordinate effective communication between front and back‑office teams.
• Assist the Practice Manager with training, development, and daily delegation of the administrative team.
• Manage patient concerns and conflicts, escalating to the Practice Manager as needed.
• Oversee and optimize appointment scheduling to meet daily production goals with minimal open chair time.
• Ensure pre‑authorizations, appointment confirmations, and cancellation prevention processes are completed in advance.
• Engage new patients before and after their first visit to deliver a positive and consistent patient experience.

• Minimum 3-5 years of Dental Administration experience is required.
• Leadership experience is considered an asset.
• Clinical background and experience with dental software programs is required.
