We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility in Boston-Dedham, MA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent leadership skills, and a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the gym, including staff scheduling, member relations, and facility maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and revenue
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for members
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Previous experience in a management role within the fitness industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and fitness trends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Certification in personal training or fitness instruction is a plus
