The Exercise Coach in Dedham, MA is looking for a full-time/part-time Health and Fitness Coach to deliver one-on-one and small group (2-4 clients) exercise training to clients of all age groups and abilities. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, energetic and passionate about good health, willing to learn and motivated to grow with the business.

• Lead individual one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions
• Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
• Schedule appointments and manage accounts for existing clients
• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
• Conduct initial consultations
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics
• Keep the studio up to high standards of cleanliness

• Certified Exercise Coach
• Willing to deliver one-on-one and small-group instruction to clients of all ages and abilities
• Flexible availability; must be available at least two Saturday mornings (8am-2pm) per month, and some early mornings starting at 6am
