• Perform scheduled maintenance and corrective repairs on a variety of HVAC systems—heating, cooling, and ventilation.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot performance issues; implement reliable fixes.
• Install new HVAC equipment and verify proper configuration and operation.
• Communicate service findings and recommendations to clients in a straightforward, customer-friendly way.
• Accurately record service activities, repairs made, and maintenance completed.
• Follow all safety procedures and applicable regulations while on the job.
• Keep current with industry developments and evolving HVAC technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training preferred.
• Valid HVAC technician license with relevant certifications.
• Demonstrated experience in HVAC service or a closely related role.
• Strong command of HVAC systems, tools, diagnostic instruments, and installation practices.
• Proven problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently in the field and collaborating with a team.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Flexibility to support calls during evenings and weekends when needed.
