Altar'd State - - Responsibilities:
Lead and support Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service, sales, expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising.;
Develop associates through coaching, feedback, recognition, and delegated tasks.;
Manage scheduling, floor sets, product prep, inventory, and banking; oversee back-of-house operations.;
Train new associates on operational processes and contribute to payroll and financial performance.;
Communicate effectively with the executive team and coordinate with the District Leader for floor sets and visual merchandising.
