• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with every client.
• Answer the phone and return voicemails.
• Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• On‑board new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in our POS.
• Check‑in and correctly process retail sessions on our POS.
• Greet customers and usher them to their service of choice.
• Administer all non‑medical and non‑specialty services.
• Provide service tours, sell packages & memberships.
• Execute opening and closing duties.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products we can offer clients.
• Educate clients on all Restore modalities.
• When not with clients, assist in other store operations such as maintaining cleanliness, laundry upkeep, customer lead outreach, community outreach, store events, and social media efforts.

• A love for health and wellness.
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail/service environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
