As the Animal Rescue League of Boston’s next Development Officer
, you won’t just "raise money." You will be a bridge‑builder — connecting compassionate donors to the programs that help animals heal and thrive, keep pets and people together, and protect animals from harm.
We are looking for an impact‑driven professional with 2–5 years of experience in relationship management — whether that’s in traditional fundraising, community organizing, or sales.
We’re Looking For Someone Who- Sees the Big Picture:
You understand that fundraising is the engine that drives social change. - Is a Natural Connector:
You have 2–5 years of experience building authentic donor and client relationships.
