Training Director

Chick-fil-A Dedham is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Director to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in developing our team members, ensuring consistent training, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess kitchen leadership experience, and have a proven track record in training and developing people.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute onboarding and continuous learning strategies for team members.

* Collaborate with the Operator and Senior Leadership to implement training programs aligned with Chick-fil-A's vision and values.

* Lead and oversee the training and development of all team members and leadership within the restaurant.

* Facilitate effective coaching, training, and continuous learning while managing operational responsibilities.

* Foster a culture of innovation through strong leadership and critical thinking.

* Ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A procedures and standards, delivering high-quality products.

* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in training and developing team members at various levels.

* Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

* Open availability to meet the demands of the business, this includes Saturdays.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to create a positive, team-oriented environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
