Payroll​/Human Resources Administrator

Overview

Payroll/Human Resources Administrator - manufacturing company in Dedham, MA 02026. On-site 4 days per week. Start:
February 9, 2026.

We are looking for a professional with 3+ years of human resources/payroll processing/journal entries experience.

• Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for 60 (hourly/salary) employees
• Ensure accurate coding of payroll transactions
• Set up, process and maintain changes to employee files; process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance
• Administer 401(k) through ADP
• Assist Payroll and Benefits Manager with benefits including open enrollment

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of payroll and human resources experience
• Hands on ADP payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of 401(k) administration and compliance
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exhibit high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workflow
