Job Title: RN – Behavioral Health

Rate:
Up to $2573.00 weekly

Location:
Dedham, MA

8-hour Day or 8-hour Evening shift available

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

• One (1) to three (3) years in specialty required.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• AHA BLS certification required.

• Conducting Assessments:
  Evaluating the mental health needs of inmates to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Providing Therapy:
  Offering individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional and psychological issues.
• Developing Treatment Plans:
  Creating comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to the needs of offenders.
• Managing Mental Health
  
  Conditions:
  
  Diagnosing and treating mental illnesses and behavioral disorders among inmates.
• Assist with staff training and evaluations and conduct regular meetings to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Maintain a professional and high standard of patient care and attend institutional staff meetings as directed.
