We’re an independently owned, therapist-operated private practice that specializes in orthopedic and sports outpatient physical therapy. Our vibrant patient base includes everyone from weekend warriors to post‑op champs. Our patient population includes arthroscopic surgical procedures, back pain, athletic injuries, total joint replacements, work‑related injury recovery, and more.

We’re searching for an outstanding Physical Therapist who is licensed in Massachusetts and ready to bring energy, empathy, and expertise to our growing team. If you have an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and an independent streak, you’ll fit right in! Bonus points for aquatic therapy experience—don’t worry, we’ll provide the training if you’re new to the pool!

• Develop, organize, and lead personalized physical therapy treatments for your patients.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to keep patients on the road to recovery.
• Participate in team meetings and educational opportunities to stay on the cutting edge.
• Spread positivity and encouragement to patients and team members alike!

• Massachusetts Physical Therapy License or graduate of an accredited program.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with a knack for teamwork.
• Tech‑savvy? Great! Familiarity with WebPT is a plus but you will receive extensive training.
