Hourly compensation ranges from $16.70 to $24.36, depending on certification: $18.54 to $24.36 per hour for EEC Certified Candidates and $16.70 to $22.09 per hour for Assistant Candidates.

This location operates year‑round, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (operating hours subject to change).

• Manage classroom needs to support children’s well‑being.
• Nurture a love of learning through a child‑centered approach with social‑emotional, STEAM, and nature‑based activities.
• Maintain regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth.

• Pass required state and company background checks.
• Hold a high‑school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
• Have EEC teacher certification or be in the process of completing the required requirements (for roles requiring EEC Certification).
• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
• Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
