We are currently looking for a talented Front Desk personnel to join our front desk team. The Front Desk Agent promptly greets our guests. Answers guest inquiries, and runs our kids activities.

The ideal Candidate is poised, confident, organized, prompt, articulate, and helpful with a strong customer service focus. Candidates must be computer literate, internet savvy, telephone proficient, and highly organized, must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes all shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) and have a desire to work with children.

• Greets and checks in members and guests
• Runs all kids activities each day.
• Receives and processes payments for products and services
• Attends required team meetings

The pay range for this role is: 15 - 15 USD per hour (Dedham Health & Athletic Complex)
