Looking for some extra hours? Join us at Gemini! We are currently seeking Seasonal Team Members to join our Production Team in Decorah, IA.

Learn and demonstrate proficiency in all positions within the Plant to back-fill any position based on business need.

• Letter Finisher: Perform all aspects of finishing products including sawing, sanding, drilling, tapping, hand finishing, blasting, stroke sanding, and polishing.
• Painter: Mix appropriate quantity of paint per work order, ensure proper mixing, and spray products as required, maintaining quality standards.
• Shipper: Inspect finished products, maintain shipping procedures, and prepare products for UPS/truck pick-up.
• Letter Cutter: Ensure proper cutting of flanges or edges of letters as per work order and customer requirements.
• Vacuum Machine Operator: Operate the vacuum machine, form the letters, and remove molded letters for cooling.
• Letter Mold Maker: Determine mold pattern size, assemble wooden components, and cut wood to size using power or hand saws.

High School Diploma preferred or demonstrated equivalency through work experience.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Operate various tools such as power saws, drills, routers, etc.
