• Implementing HR policies
• Overseeing all operations within the department
• Working with multiple department heads
• Recruiting and hiring employees
• Managing employee relations
• Training and onboarding
• Maintaining and updating position descriptions
• Benefits administration
• Employee discipline and terminations
• Managing projects
• Creating budgets and business plans

• A degree is preferred, but not required, along with at least 3 years of previous human resources experience in a manufacturing facility (ideally supporting at least 500 people)
• Experience with payroll, recruiting, benefits, etc.
• Previous leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Works well with all levels of people within a plant environment
