The Inventory Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. They will investigate any variances in inventory to establish Root Cause Analysis.

• Monitors and controls inventory integrity and identifies root cause for any variance.
• Maintain product identification and location program.
• Responsible for completing physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits and reconciliations.
• Research, track and report inventory discrepancies through appropriate documentation to Production Control in a timely manner.
• Uses lift or fork truck (including Drexel when needed) to access parts stored in warehouse.
• Verifies correct part number is on tags on baskets.
• Performs required PMs as scheduled.
• Compile and distribute changeover list to appropriate departments 3 days before scheduled changeover.
• Perform finished good inventory when requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
